Interactive

Some individuals consider that internet generated issue that wasn't exist before, while others think it has given many positive answers. This essay will discuss both views. And i believe that technology has had more benefits overall.

The primary negative point created by internet its that it steals the privacy from users, Although that it has conditions terms but what i mean with privacy it's that users start to publish their photos as a story every day , and this can help swindlers and obsessed people to spy on you easily.

Secondly, the influencers are giving this young generation incorrect concepts about life, because of the lifestyle they are posting in the internet.

However, the technology has had a big positive impact , furthermore it helped improving the way we live, into more easier and modern style.but we need to take all the necessary protections, which is believing only what we see in real life, moreover to be more responsible for what you post in social media to avoid being scamed or foold.

In conclusion, The internet has advantages and disadvantages,I consider for users to be more smarter while using this tool.

Assessment summary

The essay addresses both parts of the prompt with brief, undeveloped arguments, but suffers from severe lexical repetition, frequent grammatical errors (including tense, punctuation, and capitalization issues), and weak cohesion. The register is overly informal in places ('i', 'foold', 'scamed'), and paragraphs are underdeveloped.

Scoring criteria

Task Response 5.0

Strengths

  • The writer attempts to address both aspects of the prompt: problems caused by the internet and suggested solutions.

Weaknesses

  • The ideas are underdeveloped, relying on brief assertions rather than extended reasoning or concrete examples.
  • The introduction misinterprets the prompt's focus ('discuss both views'), whereas the prompt asks for serious problems and solutions.

The response addresses the prompt's requirements minimally, but the lack of substantial extension and the flawed task interpretation keep it at band 5.0.

Coherence & Cohesion 4.5

Strengths

  • Paragraph breaks are present, separating introduction, body points, and conclusion.

Weaknesses

  • Frequent mechanical misuse and stacking of cohesive devices ('furthermore', 'moreover') without clear logical progression.
  • Sentences often merge incorrectly or lack smooth transitions between clauses, creating a choppy reading experience.

While paragraphs are visually separated, the overall progression is weak, and cohesive devices are frequently misused or mechanically appended.

Lexical Resource 4.5

Strengths

  • Attempts some topic-related vocabulary such as 'swindlers', 'privacy', and 'influencers'.

Weaknesses

  • Repeated spelling errors ('alos', 'scamed', 'foold') and incorrect word forms ('smarter', 'into more easier').
  • Limited lexical range with frequent reliance on basic phrasing.

The vocabulary is limited and marred by noticeable spelling and word-formation errors that impede smooth reading.

Grammar Range & Accuracy 4.0

Strengths

  • Basic sentence structures are occasionally attempted.

Weaknesses

  • Pervasive grammatical errors including missing subjects, incorrect tense control ('wasn't exist'), capitalization errors ('And i'), and faulty subordination ('Although that it has').
  • Punctuation is erratic, with missing spaces after commas and periods.

Errors are frequent and severe, causing frequent strain for the reader across simple and complex structures.
